I’m excited to share some significant updates about Living Water Mental Health BRAIN Treatment Center—changes that will allow us to broaden our services, reach more people, and continue our mission to increase access to groundbreaking mental health care for everyone, regardless of insurance status.
What began as a calling from God to help those in our community suffering from mental health disease became a Grand Opening in November 2024. Since opening our doors then, we’ve provided over $350,000 in financial assistance, treated a number of patients, and expanded access by securing contracts with major insurers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, Cigna, TriCare, and the VA. The results have been deeply encouraging: approximately 80% of our patients have experienced remission from depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
As I reflect on this progress, it's clear that Living Water has already made a meaningful impact by increasing access to innovative treatments through expanded insurance coverage. Yet, this milestone also underscored two urgent needs: first, scaling our operations to meet the growing demand among insured patients, and second, continuing to support uninsured and underinsured individuals who still face steep financial barriers to care.
My commitment remains unwavering—to provide the highest quality mental health treatment to as many people as possible. I’m pleased to announce a new structure that will allow us to do just that.
Effective July 1st, Living Water’s clinical operations are lead by Radial—a new name and platform designed to make your care smoother, smarter, and more connected.
What's Changing (All Good Things!): Starting July 1st, you'll notice a few positive changes designed with you in mind:

New Patient Platform: We're launching an improved, user-friendly web platform that will make scheduling appointments, completing assessments, and managing your information easier than ever - no app download required!

More Convenient and Affordable Access: We're building a network of interventional psychiatry practices that will allow us to expand with more insurance plans and open new locations across the country, giving you greater access to care.

Expanded Insurance Coverage: We're now in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, TriCare and part of the VA Community Care Network and even more insurance plans are on the way!

New Locations: In addition to our Myrtle Beach location, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand to a second site in Horry County—more details coming soon. As part of Radial, we are also pleased to offer offices in Midtown Manhattan and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with additional locations and states to be announced in the near future.

Virtual Care Expansion: We're now offering virtual care in 18 states and counting, making our services accessible to more patients than ever before.

Same Exceptional Care, Growing Team: Your trusted clinical team remains at the core of Radial—and we’re excited to welcome two new Myrtle Beach-based psychiatric nurse practitioners, Kellie Ross and Jessica Criser, to support your path to feeling not just better, but well.
What's Not Changing (Also, All Good Things!):
I will continue to serve as Executive Director of Living Water, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which will now focus entirely on fundraising to offset the cost of care for uninsured and underinsured individuals. By separating clinical operations from the nonprofit, we’re also significantly reducing administrative expenses—ensuring that a greater portion of every donation directly supports those in need.
Through Living Water’s partnership with Radial, we will also still be offering a generous financial hardship program that may provide significant reductions in treatment fees based on income level.
Together, Radial and Living Water are better positioned than ever to raise the standard of mental health care in our community—and to expand access for everyone who needs it.
