Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mental health treatment center. This role is critical to maintaining smooth and compliant practices, a supportive team environment, and an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Coordinate with executive staff to ensure compliance with updated policies, regulations, and best practices.

Manage staff schedules in collaboration with supervisors to optimize coverage and support.

Implement and monitor HIPAA-compliant communication practices to protect patient information.

Facilitate hiring, training, onboarding, and ongoing management of employees.

Handle employee leave requests, maintain accurate leave records, and ensure staffing levels align with patient needs.

Collaborate with supervisors to address any staffing or operational issues promptly.

Support leadership in strategic planning initiatives for growth and development of the organization.

Serve as a positive representative of Living Water Mental Health, ensuring a high-quality patient experience.
Additional Responsibilities

Assist in Accounts Payable/Receivable, billing, and claims processing.

Process medical records requests in a timely, compliant manner.

Complete service authorizations and coordinate with insurance payers for approvals.

Assist patients with onboarding, appointment scheduling, and prescription requests.

Work closely with business associates to streamline and optimize workflow efficiency.

Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Cross-Training Responsibilities

We believe in equipping every team member with versatile skills to ensure the highest quality of patient care. This role includes comprehensive training and certification as a technician, qualifying you to administer TMS, PRISM Neuromodulation, and any additional treatments introduced to our practice.
Qualifications

Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and insurance billing practices preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
