Currently Accepted Insurances

*Please note that as of February 11, 2025, we are unable to accept Medicare due to a clerical error that we are diligently working with Palmetto GBA to resolve. If you have Medicare and wish to seek treatment, we encourage you to complete the request for consultation form, and we will provide you with the most up-to-date timeline for service. We have been told this issue should be resolved within 50 days.
We are working to expand coverage with more private and public insurers. Please free to contact us today to inquire about the status of your particular insurance carrier.
If your insurance plan is not currently accepted at our office, we offer several options to make treatment as accessible as possible. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, cash, wire transfers/ACH payments and offer financing through CareCredit, a health, wellness and personal care credit card that you can use to finance the care you want and need.
Hybrid: Insurance + Selfpay
For patients interested in accelerated TMS who have insurance that we currently accept, a hybrid option may be an ideal choice. This approach allows your insurance carrier to cover up to two sessions per day, while you, as the patient, self-pay for the remaining sessions. Depending on your co-pay, this option may offer the treatment plan you desire at a reduced overall cost. Additionally, under this model, patients may still qualify for a financial hardship scholarship, which can further lower the total treatment expense.
To learn more about this approach, please complete the Request for Consultation form, and one of our care team members will guide you through your options.
Financial Hardship
As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, we offer a generous financial hardship program that may provide significant reductions in TMS treatment fees based on your income level as documented by IRS Form 1040. For PRISM, we offer a reduced flat rate for treatment. Please ask one of our care team members about this during your consultation.
To begin the process, please complete a Request for Consultation where you will be asked to securely upload a copy of your most recently IRS form 1040. You may also feel free to contact us for more detailed information.
